Emilio Di Iorio, CPA, CVA
Founder and Director
Licensed and in practice since 1983, Emilio has extensive, successful experience assisting business owners and clients of all types, with personal guidance, direction, and assistance with their financial affairs, specializing in starting, developing, testing, and implementing necessary accounting systems and analysis to solve problems- have transparency, and get organized.
He serves in professional organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts, and the National Association of Tax Professionals. He operates as consultant and Chief Financial Officer for various enterprises who require his guidance and direction with business valuations, running company business affairs as CFO for hire, and related investigative projects. He provides direct tax, accounting and business registration services to a growing small business clientele, as well as various investigative, forensic, and litigation support services and contract reviews. He has over 30 years of professional work experience in the tax, accounting, financial, and auditing fields.
In addition to founding his own tax and accounting firm in 1983, Emilio has served as Corporate Controller, Director and Treasurer of enterprises ranging in size from $1 million to $650 million. As Director, he was responsible for developing programs and strategies to assist entrepreneurs and business owners in a group of industries to start, manage, and prosper their businesses in the various “mine-fields” of labor, contracts, government regulation, fiscal tightness, and financial crises. His work experience includes 7 years in “Big-4” public accounting as a CPA and auditor of all sizes and types of business clients.
